What is DuLieu.dev?

DuLieu.dev is a Vietnamese economic data aggregation platform. The system automatically collects data from trusted sources and serves it through a visual dashboard and API for applications and AI agents.

Data Sources

Data is aggregated from trusted sources including commercial banks, financial data portals, the General Statistics Office, and market data services. The system collects exchange rates (20 currencies), interest rates (40+ banks), gold, silver (11 types), fuel (6 types), coffee (4 regions), pepper (5 regions + international), crude oil (WTI, Brent), grocery prices (56,000+ products, 6 supermarkets), drug & pharmacy prices (12,600+ products, 2 pharmacies), electronics prices (80,000+ products, 5 retailers), real-estate listings (batdongsan.com.vn + guland.vn + nhatot.com — sale & rent, all property types: apartments, houses, street-front houses, villas, land, offices…; with planning/zoning (quy hoạch) map tile layers, area price benchmarks, a comps-based price estimator (project→street→ward→district, with an opt-in on-demand realtime source fetch that upserts back into the DB) & the official land-price schedule (Bảng giá đất 2026, by street × land type × 4 position tiers); focus on HCMC, Lâm Đồng, Đà Nẵng, Hà Nội, Quảng Ngãi), economic indicators, weather (70+ cities), lottery results (41 provinces, 2 sources), and company tax-ID (mã số thuế) lookup + analytics (54,000+ businesses: operating status, entity type — enterprise vs household business, location, formation year). Administrative maps use official boundaries from VNSDI (Vietnam Spatial Data Infrastructure) under Resolution 202/2025/QH15 — the 34 post-merger provinces, with full sovereign depiction of Biển Đông, Hoàng Sa and Trường Sa.

Update Frequency

Data is updated automatically daily at 06:00 ICT. The system runs 41 crawlers collecting from multiple sources. Economic indicators (CPI, IIP) are published monthly.

API & MCP

RESTful API at /api/* with date range filters (from, to, date) and record-time as-of queries (at — returns the latest data ≤ the requested date, carrying forward to the most recent session when a source lags). The /api/summary endpoint provides a briefing for AI agents (including a company tax-code registry KPI and real-estate listings by province); /api/snapshot returns a record-time cross-source metric snapshot; /api/realestate/sources/stats ranks each real-estate source by organic activity (volume, freshness, listings-per-day, sale/rent skew). MCP server supports Claude Desktop and other AI clients with 20 tools, including a real-estate geo resolver (resolve a place name or Google Maps URL to province/district/ward + coordinates + batdongsan geo) and real-estate listing/summary tools. Each post is original cross-market analysis with a point-in-time metric snapshot for charts; AI-generated posts are clearly labeled.
